Bashed patch made by Wrye Bash mostly to merge leveled lists and some esps that can be merged into it. TES5Merged is a patch you make in TES5Edit to merge conflicting records from different mods. I'd be really grateful for a more indepth explanation of your method :D The set of files FNIS generates should be unique for every profile. You need to run FNIS update for every profile and make separate mods - one per profile. If you created one mod for all profiles - it's the source of the problem then. Then I just ran FNIS once and created a mod out of the overwrite files it generated for each profile.
